IT Il progetto “myHealth@myHands - Person-centred health management through access to their health data using EUDI Wallet services” mira a rivoluzionare l’assistenza sanitaria digitale nell’Unione europea entro il 2030. Il nostro obiettivo principale è garantire che tutti i cittadini dell’UE abbiano un accesso online sicuro ai propri dati sanitari, semplificando così la gestione della salute. In questo modo, il progetto rafforza il ruolo delle persone, consentendo loro di avere il controllo sui propri dati sanitari e di decidere chi può accedere a tali informazioni, oltre a ricevere un supporto sanitario personalizzato.
Integrando le infrastrutture sanitarie esistenti con i servizi MyHealth@EU, puntiamo a migliorare l’interoperabilità dei dati e a facilitare esperienze di assistenza sanitaria senza soluzione di continuità in tutta l’UE. Il nostro impegno si concentra sullo sviluppo di soluzioni di sanità elettronica (eHealth) intuitive, sicure e flessibili, progettate con un approccio centrato sull’utente per garantirne un’implementazione efficace e la scalabilità.
Stiamo inoltre istituendo un hub di conoscenza per diffondere le migliori pratiche e sostenere gli sforzi collaborativi all’interno della comunità sanitaria. Il progetto myHealth@myHands affronta la sfida dell’accesso frammentato ai dati, con l’obiettivo di garantire un’erogazione dell’assistenza sanitaria efficiente e coordinata tra gli Stati membri. Attraverso queste azioni, intendiamo migliorare in modo significativo l’intero ecosistema della salute, a beneficio di tutti i cittadini dell’Unione europea.

EN The myHealth@myHands project aims to revolutionise digital healthcare across the European Union by 2030. Our primary objective is to ensure that all EU citizens have secure online access to their medical records, thereby simplifying health management. Thus, the project empowers individuals by granting them control over their health data and allowing them to determine who can access this information, alongside receiving personalised health support.
By integrating existing healthcare infrastructures with MyHealth@EU services, we aim to enhance data interoperability and facilitate seamless healthcare experiences across the EU. Our focus is on developing user-friendly, secure, and flexible eHealth solutions, meticulously designed with a user-centred approach to ensure effective implementation and scaling.
We are also establishing a knowledge hub to disseminate best practices and support collaborative efforts within the healthcare community. The myHealth@myHands project addresses the challenge of fragmented data access, striving to ensure efficient and cohesive healthcare delivery across member states. Through these efforts, we aim to significantly enhance the overall health ecosystem, benefiting all EU citizens.
